For seven years, Sankore Consulting worked alongside mission-driven organizations, providing training, workshops, and short-term strategic engagements. We partnered with passionate leaders and watched as they energetically embraced new ideas and frameworks. Yet something was missing.

But as I followed up with organizations months later, I discovered a pattern that troubled me: despite best intentions, implementation often stalled. My turning point came during a conversation with a longtime client—an Executive Director who had participated in multiple Sankore workshops over the years.
