Shakira Onwuachi is the Founder and CEO of Kuumba Collective, with over 15 years of experience and brings over 15 years of expertise in nonprofit leadership, program design, and youth development. With a Master’s in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and a BA in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, Shakira ensures every engagement is rooted in community wisdom, social justice, and culturally grounded strategy.
