Sankore worked as a consultancy with the Loft Literary Center’s Leadership Team to help guide the process of creating an Equity Theme Strategic Plan focused on Educational Programming. The Strategic Plan was incorporated into their newly published Framework. Listing Sankore Consulting as one the Facilior Trainers.
Sankore works with leadership of the CEUT to provide organizational programming innovation structure. We have transformed their offerings of support to the aspiring Teachers of Color.
Sankore worked with the MNEEP as a strategy consultant in residence. Overseeing and Implementing new strategies around their Big Bold Goal #2 School Climate. During that time helped to develop the A toolkit for Racially Just School Climates
