The The Sankore Simple ABCs™A Cultural Intelligence & Courageous Leadership Solution
Every Champion starts with the basics.
We work with nonprofit CEOs, superintendents, government agency leaders, and executive directors who are ready to move from awareness to action.
We scope every engagement in conversation not from a fixed menu. If you're not sure where to start, that's what the discovery conversation is for. The assessment is always the starting point. Everything else follows from what we learn.
Where Are We Starting?
Before you can build anything, you need honest data about where you actually are — as a leader and as an organization. Participants complete the Cultivating Courage Leadership Competencies Self-Assessment and receive a personalized Cultural Intelligence Leadership Profile — one of five profiles from Emerging Navigator to Cultural Champion. Each profile comes with a structured 1:1 debrief using the 5 C's Leadership Competencies Profile & Debrief Process.
For organizations, we pair the individual assessment with our Strategic Considerations for Equity and Innovation Leaders — a 14-criteria organizational readiness assessment that shows you where your systems are and where they need to go.
What you leave with:
A clear developmental profile Emerging Navigator through Cultural Champion
A personalized 1:1 debrief and individual action plan
A shared organizational language and honest starting point
For organizations: an equity readiness profile across 14 strategic criteria
What Will We Do?
Awareness without action is just sophisticated knowing. Phase B is where insight becomes a plan. Using Sprint Tools and Systems Tools selected specifically for your context including: 3D Innovation, Human Centered Design Thinking, Logic Modeling, and the Equity Innovation Impact Canvas. Participants develop individual intercultural action plans grounded in their Phase A profiles. Leaders work independently, in pairs, or in cross-departmental thought partner groups building something real for their own sphere of influence while drawing on the collective intelligence of the cohort.
What you leave with:
A documented intercultural action plan specific to your organizational context
Specific, implementable next steps grounded in your Phase A profile
The tools and frameworks to keep building after the engagement ends
Cross-departmental thought partnerships that outlast the sessions
What Will We Champion
The final phase is about embodiment not just knowing the 5 C's of Courageous Leadership™ but leading from them. Participants integrate their Phase A profile and Phase B action plan into a Cultural Champion Commitment a concrete, accountable plan for individual and collective systems change. This is where courageous decision-making moves from aspiration to practice.
Optional: Asynchronous 5 C's Microlearning Modules are available as a Phase C add-on for organizations that want continued development between live sessions.
What you leave with:
A Cultural Champion identity and leadership commitment
Integration of the full 5 C's of Courageous Leadership as embodied practice
A concrete action plan for individual and collective systems change
The courage architecture to sustain the work after the series ends
Optional: for organizations committed to the long game
Ongoing coaching and accountability support across all three phases. Ensures the work continues between sessions and doesn't stop when the engagement ends. Structured as quarterly check-ins or a full-year partnership scoped to what makes sense for your organization.
