Where Are You Starting?
Before you can build anything sustainable, you need honest data. Not about what you wish were true about what is actually true, for you as a leader and for your organization as a system.
In Phase A, participants complete the Cultivating Courage Leadership Competencies Self-Assessment and receive a personalized Cultural Intelligence Leadership Profile one of five developmental profiles from Emerging Navigator to Cultural Champion. Each profile includes a structured 1:1 debrief using the 5 C's Leadership Competencies framework.
For organizations, we pair the individual assessment with our Strategic Considerations for Equity and Innovation Leaders: a 14-criteria organizational readiness assessment that shows where your systems are and where they need to go.
You leave Phase A with:
A clear developmental profile and honest picture of your growing edge

What Will You Do?
Awareness without action is just sophisticated knowledge. Phase B is where insight becomes a plan and where the real work begins.
Rather than a fixed curriculum, Phase B is tool-responsive. Based on your Phase A profile and organizational context, we select from a suite of innovation tools some developed exclusively by Sankore, others drawn from established practice choosing the combination that best fits where you are and what you're building toward:

Participants develop intercultural action plans grounded in their Phase A profiles, working independently, in pairs, or in cross-departmental thought partner groups building something real for their own sphere of influence while drawing on the collective intelligence of the cohort.
You leave Phase B with:
A documented intercultural action plan specific to your organizational context
Concrete, implementable next steps grounded in your Phase A profile
Sankore-developed tools and frameworks to keep building after the engagement ends
Cross-departmental thought partnerships that outlast the sessions
What Will You Champion
The final phase is about embodiment not just knowing the 5 C's of Courageous Leadership™, but leading from them. This is where the work stops being a program and starts being practice.
Participants integrate their Phase A profile and Phase B action plan into a Cultural Champion Commitment: a concrete, accountable plan for individual and collective systems change. This is where courageous decision-making moves from aspiration to practice.
Optional: Asynchronous 5 C's Microlearning Modules are available as a Phase C add-on for organizations that want continued development between live sessions.
You leave Phase C with:
A Cultural Champion identity and leadership commitment
The full 5 C's of Courageous Leadership integrated as embodied practice
A concrete plan for individual and collective systems change
The courage architecture to sustain the work long after the engagement ends series ends
Optional: for organizations committed to the long game
Ongoing coaching and accountability support across all three phases. Ensures the work continues between sessions and doesn't stop when the engagement ends. Structured as quarterly check-ins or a full-year partnership scoped to what makes sense for your organization.
